Shareholder Structure

Deutsche Post AG's share capital is composed of 1,200,000,000 non par value registered shares (registered shares with a principal book value of €1). All shareholders are kept in an electronic share register.

KfW Bankengruppe holds approximately 204 million shares, corresponding to 16.99 % of the share capital. The free float is 80.39 %, of which 19.01 % are held by private investors. The remaining 2.62 % of shares are owned by Deutsche Post AG. (As of June 30, 2024)
