Shareholder Structure

Deutsche Post AG's share capital is composed of 1,150,000,000 non par value registered shares (registered shares with a principal book value of €1). All shareholders are kept in an electronic share register.

KfW Bankengruppe holds approximately 204 million shares, corresponding to 17.73 % of the share capital. The free float is 79.15 %, of which 17.44% are held by private investors. The remaining 3.12  % of shares are owned by Deutsche Post AG. (As of March 31, 2026)
