Details of the remuneration of the members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board together with the structure and amount of the individual components:

The current remuneration system for the members of Deutsche Post AG's Board of Management was submitted at the Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2021 under agenda item 10 and was approved with an approval rate of 93.39% of the submitted votes:
The Supervisory Board conducted an in-depth review of the Board of Management remuneration system in 2024. The objective was to appropriately reflect the further development of the strategic bottom lines, which form part of Strategy 2030, in the incentive system for members of the Board of Management. Another key focus of the revision was to take to into account feedback from our investors and to modernize and simplify the remuneration system. The revised remuneration system will be presented to the 2025 Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2025 for approval. It will take effect as at 1 January 2026.

At the Annual General Meeting held on May 6, 2022, a resolution approving the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board and on Article 17 of the Articles of Association was passed in accordance with Section 113 (3) of the German Stock Corporation Act:
This resolution was passed with a majority of 99.07% of the votes cast. The remuneration system approved is described in item 11 of the agenda attached to the invitation to the Annual General Meeting for 2022:
