Remuneration
Details of the remuneration of the members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board together with the structure and amount of the individual components:

The current remuneration system, applicable to the members of Deutsche Post AG’s Board of Management starting from January 1, 2026, was submitted to the Annual General Meeting on May 2, 2025, under agenda item 11 and was approved with 95.39% of the votes cast.
The previous remuneration system, applicable to the members of Deutsche Post AG’s Board of Management until December 31, 2025, was submitted to the Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2021, under agenda item 10 and was approved with a majority of 93.39%.

At the Annual General Meeting held on May 6, 2022, a resolution approving the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board and on Article 17 of the Articles of Association was passed in accordance with Section 113 (3) of the German Stock Corporation Act:
This resolution was passed with a majority of 99.07% of the votes cast. The remuneration system approved is described in item 11 of the agenda attached to the invitation to the Annual General Meeting for 2022:
