Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board advises the Board of Management and oversees its management activities. It comprises 20 members. The Annual General Meeting elects 10 shareholder representatives, while a further 10 members are elected by the employees under the provisions of the Mitbestimmungsgesetz (German Co-determination Act).
