Highly trusted company

As a highly trusted company, we are strengthening our compliance management and ESG governance while taking the necessary steps to build a sustainable and resilient supplier base. Our values are anchored in our Code of Conduct as well as in our Supplier Code of Conduct, and underscored in binding policies. We have integrated clearly defined ESG KPIs into our internal and external reporting and planning to start in 2022 strengthened ESG criteria into the annual compensation of the Corporate Board. We plan to have a stronger focus on compliance also through structured due diligence processes and audits towards our suppliers to whom we ask to share our commitment to sustainability.
