Our core business is domestic parcel transport in selected countries in Europe, in the United States, in certain countries in Asia, in particular in India, and deferred cross-border services.
A broad spectrum of mail and parcel services. In addition, we are an expert in dialog marketing.
Each of the divisions is managed by its own divisional headquarters and subdivided into functions, business units or regions for reporting purposes.
Group management functions are centralized in the Corporate Center. The internal services that support the entire Group are consolidated in our Global Business Services unit. Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL’s cross-divisional account management and innovation unit.
