• New price valid from January 1, 2019
• Online franked parcels will continue to be cheaper and with no price change
• VAT for bulky goods, roll-shaped and cash on delivery items

Bonn - On January 1, 2019, DHL Parcel will increase the price for domestic parcels weighing up to 5 kg by EUR 0.50 from EUR 6.99 to EUR 7.49 for consumers if the item is franked at a retail outlet in Germany. Online franked parcels weighing up to 5 kg still cost EUR 5.99. All other prices for parcels and small packages, including prices for online prefranked items, will also remain unchanged. Effective from January 1, 2019, bulky goods as well as roll-shaped and COD items will be subject to VAT.
