Bonn - With some 2,000 training places available Germany-wide for the training year 2020, Deutsche Post DHL Group is again the largest vocational training company in the logistics and transport sector. The company offers training in over twenty vocational occupations, among them commercial-technical disciplines and business administration. Among the commercial-technical opportunities on offer, Deutsche Post DHL Group trains mechatronics technicians and specialists in warehouse logistics. Across Germany, a large number of training places are available for the two-year training for Courier, Express and Postal Services specialists (FKEP). The long name stands for training in mail and parcel delivery services, for which young people are constantly being sought.
In business administration, Deutsche Post DHL Group offers training in fields such as forwarding and logistics, and real estate management services, as well as new, future-oriented opportunities for careers as dialogue marketing or IT systems specialists. Deutsche Post DHL Group also offers a combination of in-company training and academic study at a dual program university or college. Trainees can choose from sixteen integrated degree programs in business administration, engineering and IT.
With some 550,000 employees, 220,000 of them in Germany alone, Deutsche Post DHL Group is one of the largest employers in Germany and worldwide.
