Great company to work for all

With approximately 600,000 employees, we are one of the world's largest employers in our industry. To be a great company to work for all, we take action to provide a safe, inclusive and engaging working environment for all our employees. We continue to take steps to attract and retain the best talent, increase women in management to at least 30%, and reduce our Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) to below 3.1 by 2025. With these key measures and more, we will continue to foster a Safety First culture and create an environment of genuine diversity and inclusion rooted in our values of Respect & Results.
